A perfume for a woman is a very unique, personal choice.  Some like heady florals, others like rich, spicey aromas.  Some like classic musk, and others like fresh, playful, fruity scents.  Whichever you choose for yourself,  it's interesting to explore each of these different tones, and maybe you'll decide to try something new one day.There are five different types of perfumes. They are: Floral, Woody, Oriental, Green and Fruity. Let's examine each one.  Starting with Florals, they are one of the most popular scents in the perfume world.  They can include flowery scents such as, rose, lavender, jasmine, orchid, violet, amber, and different blossoms. Floral perfumes tend to be a little strong, therefore, are not to everyone's liking. They are nice for a romantic evening, or any evening.Woody fragrance tends to have scents which are very earthy.  They can also be combinations of woody/floral, woody/musk, and woody/green.  Woody perfumes are associated with outdoors, fresh air, forests.The Oriental scents are often rich and spicey in nature. They are strong, exotic and sensual.  Again, these can be combinations of oriental/spicy, oriental/fruity, or oriental/floral.  Oriental perfumes include scents of musk, vanilla, orchid, black orchid, and lotus flower, among others.The Green perfumes are lighter in scent, and are suitable for daytime wear.For more info visit perfume They can also be classified as Fresh scents.  They contain ingredients such as musk, jasmine, pine, lily of the valley, and sandalwood.  Green perfumes are great for younger girls.The Fruity scents are light, fun, easy.  Also a good choice for the younger girl, but many women appreciate the fruity scents as well. Definitly among my favorites.  They can include citrus, pear, and berries.  Again, great for daytime wear, or anytime you're in a fun, easy mood.Some people say that everyone has a "perfume personality."  What does that mean? Let's explore each of the perfumes to see which personality goes along with them.  If you like florals, it is said that you like being the center of attention,  you are flirty, playful, and sweet, but a romantic at heart.  You are very feminine, a "girly-girl."The woody woman tends to be confident, easy-going, and determined. You are a good friend, compassionate, and affectionate.The woman who chooses Oriental scents tend to be bold, strong, and in control of her life.
